This week Guzmán-Barraza will be part of the historic event taking place in Quito, Ecuador. The bi-decennial Habitat III Conference on Housing & Sustainable Urban Development will gather member states, civil society, academia, private sector, and other stakeholders for the agreement of the New Urban Agenda.
